In 2009, we completed the construction and start-up of our meat products processing plant, obtaining in the same year the TIF488 certification, and later in 2013 the permit to be a meat exporting plant to the United States.
Our brand El Gallo Giro was born in 2013, with the design of a line of products that aim to offer practicality and flavor to our customers and consumers, as they are products that do not require refrigeration, which can be heated in micro waves or traditionally , in such a way that its consumption at home, office or business is very convenient.
The most representative traditional recipes of Mexico have been incorporated into our lines as well as other homemade recipes, in which we use 100% natural ingredients and proteins.
The technology used in our manufacturing process allows a shelf life of 1 year in flexible packaging and up to 5 years in canned products, without the need for preservatives or additives.
