Recognized internationally for its flavor and consistency, red Akaushi cattle are juicy and, being derived from the Kobe, contains the ideal balance between lean meat and fat.

What makes the Akaushi cattle special?

This class of cattle produces more meat, as well as intramuscular fat. For this reason, it is considered to be the most balanced and has the greatest benefits when it’s consumed. In addition, it can produce marbling even if it consumes low amounts of grain.

Due to its properties, it is recognized as the only cattle with health benefits, because of its highest level of mono-unsaturated fats, only comparable with salmon meat.

This special feature makes it an excellent option to reduce cholesterol level in the blood, since 40% of its fat is stearic acid.
