At La Cocina de Roberto, we go far beyond the run-of-the-mill Tex Mex that is served all over town. We prepare both traditional Mexican favorites, and Roberto's specialties: The recipes of his childhood that he has perfected over the years.

Our tacos, burritos, tortas, and gorditas are like the ones you'd find in a street side cafe in Mexico. Fillings include a variety of proteins; carne asada (beef fajita), al pastor, grilled or shredded chicken, barbacoa, carnitas, picadillo and chicharron.

All are prepared with the the kind of love that we give food for our own family.

Roberto has created a variety of special dishes that are sure to please the most discerning guest. From beef fajitas to flame grilled pork, from chicken to seafood, we have something for everyone.

Try a Anafre! A signature dish made with beans, cheese, and homemade chorizo; delicious and enough for the whole table. Of course, chips and queso or salsa are also available, but these aren't bagged chips; we cook them fresh in our kitchen every day. Don't pass up our fresh guacamole, our guests rave about it!
